We are pleased to present the Host Hotel for this year’s LGBA Conference, the Warwick Melrose Hotel located in the heart of our community. It is walking distance to our rehearsal location, reception, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, parade line up and festival grounds. Location, Location, Location…!

The LGBA Group Rate is $139 which can include up to four person occupancy. Keep in mind there are a limited number of Double Rooms if you are on your own or sharing with one other person please reserve one of the King Rooms.

When clicking on the Hotel Link you will see a message that says the property is unavailable for your requested stay. Just input the dates in the calendar that you want to reserve and click on search and the screen will update to make a reservation.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, August 29th to guarantee a space in the host hotel. Rooms will be released after this date and since it is Pride weekend it will be a prime location and rooms will go quickly. Please do not hesitate to make a reservation. If you have to cancel you can cancel up to 4pm on the day prior to your arrival date.

Check in time is 3:00pm and 12 Noon checkout. If you are planning on leaving Sunday evening we will have a room where you can leave your luggage, etc for the day. We hope that you will stay Sunday evening and relax with us here in Dallas.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $14 per day with in and out privileges. Event parking is also $14 with no in and out privileges.
The Hotel is a 100% Non Smoking Hotel and if you smoke in your room they can charge you $250 for cleaning. There are two designated smoking areas outside the entrances. Dallas bars like many cities is non-smoking and smoking area available.
